The Evidence of God Written in Creation
In the Evidence of God Written in Creation, we explore how many people go through life without ever stopping to consider the most important question of all.

The world is full of breathtaking detail, order, and beauty, and every part of it quietly points to a Creator who designed it with purpose.

How did everything around us come into existence?

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. Genesis 1:1-4 KJV

The Earth: Positioned With Exact Precision

The atmosphere surrounding the Earth- often studied within the field of aerospace science— is in a state of remarkable balance. It contains roughly eighty percent nitrogen and twenty percent oxygen, with only small traces of other gases. This precise composition is not accidental; it is essential for sustaining life. Every breath we take comes from this carefully crafted atmosphere, providing the oxygen our bodies depend on to live.

The Earth’s size is that of perfect containment because of the atmosphere, or thin blanket of gases that surrounds the Earth and is located about 50 miles above the surface.

If the size of the Earth were not perfect, not too small or too large, there would be no atmosphere or life as we know it today. If the Earth were larger, it would be like the planet Jupiter, which does not sustain life, as there is no free hydrogen and no atmosphere to protect any living thing.

The Earth spins at the perfect speed. It tilts at the perfect angle. It sits at the perfect distance from the sun.

If any of these were off by even a fraction, life would be impossible.

This is not random. This is design.

Scripture Reference:
“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.”Genesis 1:1

The Moon and the Tides: A Perfect Balance

The moon controls the tides with flawless rhythm. The oceans rise and fall like the Earth is breathing.

The moon has no light or air of its own. It shines because it reflects the light of the sun. As physics tells us, the moon is not large at all; it only appears to be. The other planets and they are larger than the moon.

If the moon were slightly larger or smaller, closer or farther, the tides would either destroy coastlines or fail to sustain marine life.

This delicate balance is not a coincidence.

Scripture Reference:
“He made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down.”Psalm 104:19

The Sun: Placed at the Exact Distance for Life

The sun is a blazing star, yet God placed it at the one distance where life can flourish.

  • Plants convert sunlight into oxygen.
  • Humans depend on that oxygen to live.
  • The entire food chain depends on this one miracle.

This is not an accident. This is intentional.

Scripture Reference:
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.”Psalm 19:1

The Water – The Many Necessities for This Essential Fluid

What is the need for water? We drink it for survival. Our body is 60% water.  According to the Journal of Biological, H. H. Mitchell, the brain and heart are 73% water, while the lungs are somewhere (plus/minus) 83% water. Our muscles and kidneys are said to be 79% water, and guess what? The bones, as hard as they are and supportive as they are, contain 31% water.

It fills the oceans, seas, lakes, streams, and gullies. It can be used to make certain foods, tea, coffee, and other beverages; yet we bathe and wash our hands in it, as well as drink it.  We must have it to live, and cannot function when we have not had sufficient water, and will become dehydrated and die without it.

It has no odor, no color, no taste, and is without chemicals; not a living thing, animal, human, or plant can remain alive without it.

Within some parts of the Earth, if you dig deep enough, you can find water, enough water to supply your home’s water needs. In rural areas today, homeowners can drill into the ground, sometimes it is very deep, and have what is called a private well.

Scripture Reference:

“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” 7And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. 9And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.  Genesis 1:6-9

The Human Body: A Masterpiece of Design

The human body has 12 systems that make up the anatomy. Each system has a performance that must take place to keep the body alive.

These systems are named the following:

  • Skeletal
  • Muscular
  • Cardiovascular *see below
  • Endocrine
  • Nervous
  • Respirator
  • Immune/Lymphatic
  • Urinary
  • Female Reproductive
  • Male Reproductive
  • Integumentary

We will not get into each of these, as space does not allow, but we will…

Focus on the Cardiovascular System Only

To have a healthy heart, our veins must carry about 5 liters of blood to and through the heart to the rest of our body. This is so that we receive oxygen, nutrients, hormones, and cellular waste products flowing throughout the body.

The heart is only the size of a human fist; yet it is classified as the body’s hardest-working organ.  If it doesn’t beat, you do not live.

The blood could not be carried throughout the body without the blood vessels and/or arteries, which are a necessary part of the circulatory system. The most important jugular veins are located on each side of the lower neck. The external carotid artery, the left external jugular vein, the left internal jugular vein, and the very important and crucial vertebral artery are just in the right location for our body’s circulation system.

Each part of the body, head, skull, eyes, face, nose, heart, lungs, kidneys, arms, hands, lower torso, legs, and feet all have certain specifically named arteries and veins that carry blood, nutrients, and take the waste through and out. The arm and hand alone have 18 of these veins and arteries. There is so much more to the cardiovascular system than we can discuss at this time.

  • Your lungs breathe while you sleep.
  • Your brain processes millions of signals every second.
  • Your DNA contains more information than a library.

Trillions of cells work together in harmony, each with a purpose.

Even former atheists have admitted that the deeper they studied the human body, the harder it became to believe it “just happened.”

One woman said, “I didn’t find God; creation led me to Him.”

Scripture Reference:

“And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the earth…Genesis 1: 26a, and then in…

Chapter 2 Moses continues in verse 7- “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”

“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”Psalm 139:14

Animals and Nature: Designed With Purpose

  • Birds migrate thousands of miles without maps.
  • Bees pollinate plants that feed the world.
  • Butterflies navigate across continents.
  • Every creature has a role in the ecosystem.

Nature is not chaotic; it is coordinated.

Scripture Reference:
“Look at the birds of the air… your heavenly Father feeds them.”Matthew 6:26

The Universe: Too Fine‑Tuned to Be an Accident

Scientists call it the “fine‑tuning” of the universe.

  • Gravity.
  • Light.
  • Atmosphere.
  • Water.
  • Life.

Everything is balanced on a razor’s edge. Change one constant by even a fraction, and life becomes impossible.

The Whisper of Creation

Creation whispers a truth many people never pause long enough to consider: this world is not random. It is crafted with care, shaped with intention, and designed with breathtaking precision. Every detail, from the laws of physics to the rhythm of the seasons, points to order rather than chaos, purpose rather than accident. The very structure of existence quietly testifies that behind all we see stands a Creator whose fingerprints are woven into everything He made.

If Creation Has a Designer… Then So Do You

Here’s something worth thinking about: If the world around you is not an accident…then you are not an accident either.

  • Your life has meaning.
  • Your existence has a purpose.
  • Your soul has a Creator.

You don’t have to believe that today. You don’t have to be sure, and you don’t have to understand everything.

But just consider this:

If the God who made galaxies also made you…
Then maybe, just maybe, He’s closer than you think.

If You Ever Wonder, Search, or Hurt… You Can Call Out to Him

Even if you’re unsure, if you’ve doubted Him and even if you have denied him.
Because if God is real, and creation whispers that He is, then He already knows you.
He already sees you, and He has never stopped loving you.

Scripture Reference:
“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.”Jeremiah 29:13

A Final Thought

You don’t have to take anyone’s word for it. Just look at creation. Look at your own life. Look at the world around you.

Creation is God’s introduction; His way of saying: “I am here.”
