He Is There All The Time

Never doubt that He is There All The Time!

Have you ever felt that the Lord was not paying attention to your needs, your prayers, your situation and you were simply praying amiss? You may have even felt as if you were not doing something just right. More than likely you have if you have been a Christian for a while. Why do I say this?

The truth is that we as Christians often experience life things that flood our soul with sorrow, fear, and often incompetence in our prayer life. The answers are often not simple or appear to be non-existent. We pray but the peace does not flow to our soul and the resolution is not there.

My Morning Devotion

I normally open my computer and read the word when I start my mornings online. Today, I opened my Bible. Here is what the Lord gave me:

“Hast thou not known, hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that hath no might he increaseth strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40: 28-31

Yes, of course, I knew this was for me, from the Lord. Yes, my heart leaped for joy that the Lord cared enough to send me a message through his words. Thank the Lord for his words, his love, his forgiveness, and his beautiful way of sustaining us when we need it the most.

God’s Timing Is Not Always Our Timing

We often forget that answers do not come at our timing. God’s timing is a better timing; he knows just the right moment to let his love shine through. He knows and will keep us until it is the “right” time. We also can look back at our everyday contact with Jesus and find out that we may have been lacking in our prayers, reading of the Word, or worship to Him.

There are times we expect Him to be there when we need Him regardless of how slack we have been in our service to Him. Guess what? He is there all the time, waiting patiently in line, however, we sometimes must wait and be patient just like Jesus has been for us.

“And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65: 24

The promises of God are not lacking in any way. He will take care of his own. He will shine through the darkness and being all things to light. He will take us from sorrow to joy.

Learning To Keep Trusting The Word Of God

Being human, we get weary and doubt. Yet we know that we must remember that the very hairs of our head are numbered. Jesus misses nothing that is happening within our life. We often need to realize that our actions often cause us the stress and strains that we cannot handle without his wonderful love.

The best lessons in life are the ones we seek to change something within us that needs to be changed. This is one of the first things we teach our children; you know one “the best lessons in life are the ones you learn the hard way.”

We cannot change the past, we cannot wish, pray, dream it to be changed. The past is done, we can look back and know today is the day we have to make the necessary changes needed and wait upon the Lord to renew our strength, answer our prayers, and keep us rooted and grounded in his plan, the Bible plan for our life.

He hears your prayers and your petition. He is mindful of your “needs,” He is protecting you when you do not even realize it. He is there all the time. We must learn regardless of the situation, His Words are real.

Believe it!
