Trusting God’s Timing and Deliverance
Daily Devotional-Trusting God’s Timing And Deliverance
Scriptures-When Nothing Is In Your Favor Do The Right Thing Regardless *I did and changed jobs in the final process
The truth is there are times in our lives when everything seems out of control and beyond our control. Yet we know beyond doubt that for whatever reason we are going through something we do not know exactly how to handle, we must still trust God. There are times when we think we must obey those who have the rule over us, whether we agree with it or not.
However, we must step up to the plate and refuse to do what is not the right thing to do. I did this once. Yes, it cost me and I suffered the consequences that were not easy, however, in the end, I won.
I felt good inside because I refused to hurt someone else with the actions of another individual. The Lord always takes care of those who put their trust in Him.
Questions To Ponder And Answers From The Bible The Word of God
- Have you ever been in a situation where you knew that what you were trying to do was the will of God? Yet what is in front of you is something you are being required to do that is simply not right.
- Are you in a difficult time and there are no answers that you can think of?
- Does it seem there are no answers at all and the worst is about to happen?
These are scary and fearful positions to be in and you are probably wondering why you must go through a force of evil. It is important to remember that God hasn’t left you alone to master the unmasterable, it may only feel like it. It is now that you must hold to God’s unchanging hand. Life is sometimes unfair, but doing the right thing is always the correct response.
Scriptures of Promise For Trusting in God When Evil Presents Itself
The Divine Essence-Jesus The Son of God is where you must put your trust…
“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.”
“Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.” Psalms 37: 7-10 (KJV)
“I waited patiently for the LORD, and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.” Psalms 40:1 (KJV)
“Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. Psalms 62:1(KJV)
“Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield. Psalms 33:20 (KJV)
“But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. Psalms 37:39
(To the chief Musician, even to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David.) ” I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me. Psalms 39:1
“Say not thou, I will recompense evil, but wait on the LORD, and he shall save thee.” Proverbs 20:22
“Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.” Psalms 27:14)
“Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.” Psalms 32:7
When I look back upon the time I had to make a decision, it was not that hard to do. It was something that came naturally. I was fighting for right over wrong and there was nothing I had done wrong.
I did not submit to the wishes of the enemy of God and therefore paid the price. For that, I will ever be grateful and I learned just how strong I was, and thank God I made the right choice.
God is always good and always knows what is best…
His ways are not our ways: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. Isaiah 55:8
But He will deliver when it is time:
“Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.” Philippians 4: 6-9
